Girls History

The FC Dallas Girls’ Academy (currently participating in the ECNL) promotes talented female players into the highest levels of the game. The program is recognized by many as one of the top academies in the country. The Girls' Academy has numerous league and conference championships, including two National Championships. In 2023, the Girls' Academy was the only ECNL Texas Conference club to have all six of their teams qualify into the ECNL’s Champions League Playoffs.

Since 2018, the program boasts 38 National Team call-ups, including 28 players to the USYNT, representing a total of 9 different countries. Alum Monica Alvarado represented Mexico in two different World Cups. In addition to 12 international pro signings, the FC Dallas Girls' Academy has produced 11 current and former NWSL players with several first round draft picks, including Reyna Reyes (Portland Thorns) and Diana Ordoñez (NC Courage). Additionally, our Girls' Academy players have gone on to play at the collegiate level and are continuously pursued by top programs across the NCAA.

The FC Dallas Girls’ Academy continues to lead the way for the development of female athletes, standards, and coaching across the Americas.
