FRISCO, Texas (July 24, 2026) – The FC Dallas Academy announced today that midfielder Diego Ros has joined the club from the Barça Residency Academy USA.
“Diego is an exceptional midfielder with great technique, vision, and improvisation,” said Vice President of FC Dallas Youth Soccer, Chris Hayden. “He is coming to Dallas from the Barca Residency Academy USA in Arizona and has participated in several U.S. U-15 camps. We are excited to have Diego in our academy and professional pathway as he continues to develop on and off the field over the next few years. We know he has a high ceiling and a bright future here in Dallas.”
Ros joined the Barca Residency Academy USA in 2024. During his time in Arizona, he participated in MLS NEXT Fest (2024-2025),MLS NEXT FLEX (2024-2026) and Generations adidas Cup (2024-2026).
In Jan. 2026, Ros was selected to attend FC Barcelona’s Academy Training Camp at Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper and La Masia, the club’s training facilities.
Internationally, Ros has earned call ups to the U.S. U-15 national team. He has earned four caps and made his international debut against England’s U-15 national team on Feb. 14, 2026.
