Players from the FC Dallas Boys Academy team are traveling to Germany next week to compete in the 21st edition of the mtu Cup, an Under-15 5v5 indoor tournament against top clubs from around the world.
The mtu Cup is based in Friedrichshafen, Germany and features teams from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. During the group stage, FC Dallas will face RB Leipzig (Germany), Chelsea FC (England), mtu-Leistungszentrum (Germany), Sudeva Delhi FC (India) and SGM Fischbach Schnetzenhausen (Germany).
Coached by Scott James, FC Dallas will play all five group stage matches Saturday, Nov. 29 for a place in the knockout rounds. Since the tournament is only 5v5, ten U-15 players make up FC Dallas’ tournament roster:

This is the second year in a row FC Dallas has competed in the mtu Cup having earned a 2-4-2 record in last year's tournament.
