IN-GAME VIDEO/PHOTO GUIDELINES

Due to limited sideline space at Toyota Stadium, photographers and videographers may only shoot from corner to corner of the end lines on the north side and the southeast corner behind the field boards. Please do not position yourself directly behind the goal. There is no shooting of competition allowed from any other areas of the stadium during play – including in the seating areas of the bowl (including field level), from the Press Box or other places on the Main Concourse. Photographers will be able to shoot the pre-match ceremonies in front of the technical area at midfield and then will have to pick an end line (end zone) to shoot from. The technical area and sidelines are off limits to the media in-game and post-game.

Photographers should use the Press Box or South End Press Conference room as a photo workroom. Ethernet cables are also available from the field.

LIVE VIDEO POLICY: IN-GAME

During match action, only FC Dallas personnel and broadcast rights-holders may transmit live video footage from Toyota Stadium during hours of official play. Non-rights holders may record video of game action for highlights during access periods. Those access periods are the first 15 minutes of the first and second half. At no point during match action may they transmit live/streaming video footage, including video for television and/or mobile and web-based programs.

All transmissions of live video for TV live shots pre- or post-match must be in designated media access zones and must be pre-arranged and facilitated by a member of FC Dallas Communications.

LIVE VIDEO POLICY: POSTGAME INTERVIEWS AND LOCKER ROOM ACCESS

A formal press conference with FC Dallas head coach Nico Estévez will take place approximately 15-20 minutes following the conclusion of the match in the Press Conference Room located at the South End of Toyota Stadium beneath the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The visiting team’s head coach will be available to speak with media 10-15 minutes after the match.

Approved video-recorded interviews post-match in the locker room will take place approximately 15 minutes after the final whistle. Members of the media not recording video may be asked to slightly alter their standing position to allow for approved video recordings of the interview. Members of the media are not allowed to shoot b-roll or still images in the locker room.

Only FC Dallas personnel and Club broadcast rights-holders may transmit live video footage of interviews from the Club’s locker room during designated League-mandated media access windows. This policy includes live/streaming video for television and/or mobile and web-based programs.

Please note: These policies apply for FC Dallas matches only. Other entities (such as U.S. Soccer, CONCACAF, the NCAA, etc.) that utilize the stadium will have a different set of standard policies under which they operate.
