2019: Appeared in 17 MLS matches (started in seven) for FC Dallas. Also made his U.S. Open Cup debut in the 4-0 win against OKC Energy FC. Scored seven goals and recorded two assists in 747 minutes. Made his MLS debut on March 23 vs. Colorado Rapids. Made his first FC Dallas start on May 16 vs. Los Angeles FC. Scored his MLS first goal on August 17 vs. Montreal Impact in the 59th minute to start FC Dallas’ comeback; FC Dallas and Montreal tied 3-3. Scored his MLS first brace (goals scored in 56th and 64th minute) and recorded his first assist on August 25 vs. Houston Dynamo. Scored his fourth goal of the season in the 51st minute and recorded his second assist on August 31 vs. FC Cincinnati. Scored his fifth goal of the season, a game-tying goal, in the 66th minute on September 22 vs. New York City FC; FC Dallas and New York City tied 1-1. Scored his second MLS brace (goals scored in 9th and 68th minute) on October 6 vs. Sporting Kansas City. Appeared in his first MLS playoff match against Seattle Sounders FC on October 19, played the 90 minutes of regulation.
Transferred to Polish first-division team Wisła Kraków in 2016, where he has appeared in 66 matches in Ekstraklasa, scoring 20 goals and nine assists. He has also scored one goal and one assist in three Polish Cup matches.
Nicknamed “The Cobra”, Ondrášek started his professional career with Czech second-division team, d in 2007. He appeared in 81 matches and scored 22 goals in five seasons. In 2009, he did a short-loan stint with Czech third-division team, FK Čáslav, where he scored four goals in 14 appearances.
In 2012, he was loaned to Norwegian first-division club Tromsø IL where he had an impressive debut, scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win against Fredrikstad FK after being subbed on in the 31st minute. Following his success during his loan, Tromsø IL signed him to a contract until 2015. He had 85 appearances in the Eliteserien league, 25 appearances in 1.divisjon, a second-division league, 13 appearances in the Norwegian Football Cup and 19 appearances in Europa League matches. He scored 55 goals and 17 assists across all competitions for Tromsø IL.
2019: Had two international call ups for the Czech Republic National Team. Made his Czech debut on October 11 and scored the game winning goal against England in the 85th minute. Marked his first two international assists in the friendly match against North Ireland October 14th. Received his second call up on November 6 for the Euro Qualifier matches against Kosovo and Bulgaria. Earned his first start for the Czech team on November 17 vs. Bulgaria.
He earned three caps for the Czech Republic U-21 National Team in 2011.
