FC Dallas match at LA Galaxy moved to Sunday, Sept. 27 for national TV

FRISCO, Texas (Monday, Aug. 31, 2015) – The September Western Conference clash between FC Dallas and LA Galaxy has been moved to 8:30 p.m. CT on Sunday, Sept. 27 at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. The match will air live on FOX Sports 1.

Originally slated for Saturday, Sept. 26, the match, which has potential playoff and Supporters’ Shield implications, was moved from Saturday to Sunday so it could air on national TV. Both clubs are also fighting for the Supporters’ Shield, awarded to the club with the best overall record in MLS at the end of the season. The Galaxy currently lead the very tight race.

FC Dallas faces Columbus Crew SC in Ohio this Sunday on FOX Sports 1 at 6 p.m. CT, before returning home to host star-studded NYCFC on Sept. 12, marking the first trip to Frisco for international stars David Villa, Andrea Pirlo and Frank Lampard.
