FRISCO, Texas - After two weeks on the road, FC Dallas returns home to Toyota Stadium to take on the LA Galaxy. And with the national broadcast on Univision, the Every Save Makes a Difference program will benefit a local Dallas non-profit.
This week, every save recorded will result in a donation of $500 worth of soccer equipment to Gray Elementary School. In partnership with families and community members, Gray Elementary is committed to creating a learning environment that embraces a culture of excellence through collaboration, communication, curiosity, and contextual learning, and empowers students to thrive in a global society. This season, Jimmy Maurer's eight saves have totaled $4,000 donations to Dallas area schools and charities.
Since 2015, Every Save Makes A Difference has donated over $250,000 worth of equipment and has impacted over 120 different organizations.
FC Dallas will play six nationally televised games on UniMas/Univision in 2018:
