Be sure to check your inbox the day before each match for the latest information on promotional giveaways, special programming, or guest appearances! That's also where you can find links to the online chant sheets to cheer along with both the Dallas Beer Guardians and El Matador!
To adjust the amount of email you receive from the club, please click "Update Preferences" at the bottom of any FCD generated email.
Pre-Match Hall of Fame Experience
Available for select matches during the 2023 season, Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to enjoy the National Soccer Hall of Fame Experience before kick-off! Interested members can sign up for a spot via the STM newsletter the week of each match. Enter the stadium and proceed to the Gallagher Club at the National Soccer Hall of Fame, where you'll be checked in and can enjoy the Experience from gates opening until kick-off!
Space is limited, and the HOF Experience will not be available at all matches.
Toyota Preferred Parking
Drive your Toyota to FC Dallas matches and get upgraded to Camry Gold Lot parking! Exclusive to Season Ticket Members, Toyota Preferred Parking sign-ups are emailed out in the STM newsletter the week before each match. Sign up with your Toyota vehicle make and color and you'll receive a digital pass the day before the match to show to the lot attendant on your phone!
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Match Day Office Hours
Membership Services Representatives will arrive 4 hours prior to kickoff. Reps will be available through text and email on a limited basis prior to that time.
