Houston, TX (September 18, 2021) – FC Dallas (6-11-9, 27 points) fell short of a comeback with a 3-2 result against rivals Houston Dynamo (5-10-11, 26 points) 3-2 on Saturday night at BBVA Stadium.

Game Summary

First Half:

  • 2’ – SHOT (DAL) – Ricardo Pepi’s shot inside of the box was blocked by the Houston defense, following a cross from Paxton Pomykal.
  • 5’ – GOAL (HOU) – Fafà Picault’s deflected cross from the left side fell to Griffin Dorsey, who slotted it past Phelipe to give Houston the early 1-0 lead.
