FRISCO - Ricardo Pepi scores two goals to help North Texas SC win its first-ever preseason game in Toyota Stadium.
First Half:
- 8’ – Christian Okeke opens the scoring for NTX Rayados with an accurate finish into the far post.
- 11’ – Ricardo Pepi nearly gets on the end of Bryan Reynold's cross in the box but it's cleared by the defender.
- 14’ – David Rodriguez gets a shot off but it's saved easily by Pablo Cubas in goal.
- 30’ – Ricardo Pepi levels the game for North Texas with a close-range volley from David Rodriguez's cross.
- 41’ – Thomas Roberts attempts a through-ball over the top of the defense but Bryan Reynolds is called offside.
- 43’ – Zdenek Ondrasek connects with a header from Marquinhos Pedroso's cross but the keeper is there to smother the attempt.
Second Half:
- 49’ – Oscar Romero scores an incredible goal with a strike from 25 yards out into the top corner of the goal.
- 53’ – Alfusainey Jatta scores at the near post after collecting a pass in the box from Brandon Servania
- 54’ – Ricardo Pepi scores his second goal of the match from another Brandon Servania assist.
- 60’ – Thomas Roberts makes it 5-1 with a well taken penalty kick.
