Last week was a good one for the FC Dallas players out on loan. In the NASL, Richard Sanchez and Bradlee Baladez both made starts on the road against the Atlanta Silverbacks. Baladez played 60 minutes at forward for the Strikers and scored the game-winning goal off a header in the 34th minute. Sanchez, meanwhile, played the full 90 minutes in goal for Ft. Lauderdale and made several clutch saves to pick up the clean sheet in the 1-0 victory. The young 'keeper was named the NASL Player of the Week for his performance. Ft. Lauderdale is now 2-2-0 on the season. The FC Dallas Homegrown duo will have their next shot at action Friday night when the Strikers host the Carolina Railhawks.
