FRISCO, Texas — Honduras began its 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup run Monday night in a 3-2 defeat to Jamaica. FC Dallas midfielder Bryan Acosta was substituted into the match in the 75th minute, and at that point, Honduras was already in a 3-1 hole.

The match also featured FC Dallas broadcaster Mark Followill, who had the play-by-play duties for Fox Sports 1 on Monday.
Honduras will play two remaining games in the group stage where it will look to bounce back from a current third place standing in Group C behind both Jamaica and El Salvador.
