Jada Holmes, a defender at the University of Tulsa, was named Defensive Player of the Year after a terrific season at center back. She kept the backline strong, leading the defense and being the key piece on the unit that only allowed more than one goal in two of the team’s nine regular season games.

With eight conferences and half the awards given out now, FC Dallas and Seattle Sounders Women are the only two teams to take home all the individual honors in their conference.
