FRISCO - The FC Dallas WPSL season officially started on Wednesday with a 10-1 win vs. the Little Rock Rangers.
FC Dallas’ season was supposed to last Friday, but the game was postponed.
"The game was a great start to the season,” head coach Tyler Powell said. “We have a lot of talented players that have come together from various universities to represent the FC Dallas-Women with a high level of play along with a standard of professionalism.”

Natalie Heiser, from TCU, led the way for Dallas with three goals. Chelsea Surpis and Belicia Mendiola both tallied a goal and an assist in the win.
Dani Greenlee started the game in net and recorded one save before being replaced by Katie Lund.
FC Dallas is looking to win their division for the second time in three years. After a very strong performance, Dallas will now go on the road and have a busy week, playing Fortuna Tulsa on Tuesday and Texas Spurs FC on Thursday. Texas defeated Tulsa by a score of 2-1 last week in the season opener for both teams.
