We will be offering two different renewal options at this time.
- The first will be for the 2027 calendar year only.
- The second will be a 2 ½ year renewal option, which will lock in a price per match through the first 1 ½ years of the New Toyota Stadium.
Major League Soccer will be moving to the FIFA Calendar in 2027, meaning that future seasons will begin in the fall and conclude in the spring (think more of an NBA/NHL timeline) rather than beginning in the spring and concluding in the fall (like MLB). During this transition year, 2027, MLS will hold a ‘Sprint Season’, which will be a ‘mini season’ in the spring of 2027 before the next full season begins that fall. As an additional transitory note, the New Toyota Stadium will be open completely for the first time at the beginning of 2028.

Below are other high-level notes for your 2027 Season Membership renewal experience…
- Friday, June 12th will be the renewal deadline to secure your same seats and receive priority access on relocation. More details can be found in the FAQ on www.fcdallas.com/stmhq
- Payments will not be required on your 2027 Season Membership option until August 2026
- For the 2027 calendar year, the west and north sides of Toyota Stadium will be under renovation construction.
- For the 2027 calendar year, the following seating areas will be available for all matches
- East Sideline (122-132) – all Season Members from the west side of Toyota Stadium in Sections 101-111 will be relocated to their east side equivalent seat
- South End Sections 114-121 will remain the same as they have been (no changes)
- Supporters Section will remain the same as it has been (no changes)
- Hall of Fame Level Sections 214-219 will remain the same (no changes)
- South Terrace Sections, 112T, 113T, 120T, and 121T will remain the same (no changes)
- Midfield Club Sections 126-128 (equivalent to 105-107 on the west side) will have upgraded seating and exclusive access to the new club space on the renovated east side
- New Toyota Stadium amenities for gate entry, team store, concessions, and restrooms will be available on the east side of Toyota Stadium (opening this fall in 2026)
