FRISCO - It's been a long journey for Fernando Clavijo and FC Dallas to secure their newest signing, but on Sunday forward Cristian Colman arrived in Dallas ready to join his new club.
The 6-foot-tall striker's acquisition was made official by club president Dan Hunt on Thursday, and he's expected to join the team this week in preseason training.
FC Dallas opens up their CONCACAF Champions League Quarterfinal series against Panama's Arabe Unido on Feb. 23 at Toyota Stadium, before opening up their 2017 MLS campaign on March 4.
