FRISCO - That match vs. the New York Red Bulls is something everyone associated with FC Dallas (8-2-5) wants to forget. Here’s the thing — that’s something you can’t do. It’s important the club learn from its mistakes and make sure that match was simply an aberration and not the start of disturbing trend.

20. Minnesota United FC - The Loons are 1-4-1 in their last six league games and are seven points adrift of the final playoff spot at present. We know in this league a few wins makes a big difference, but Minnesota just aren't figuring things out most of the time.

6. FC Dallas (-4) - FC Dallas played with an extra man for over an hour. Usually the team a man down must foul to buy time. FC Dallas, though, committed twice as many fouls as the Red Bulls. Acosta looked ready to mutiny as he was subbed off after only 30 minutes. FC Dallas had 11 shots from inside the box, while being forced to take seven from outside of the penalty area.
19. Minnesota United FC (-1) – The Loons went from deserving three points to resigned settling for one to totally wrought after giving up a late goal in the 97th minute. Minnesota United’s season has gone much the same way. At first, fans were excited about a smoother second season. Then they were resigned to cheering for further development know the playoffs were unlikely. Now the Loons are risking setting all of the wrong type of goals-allowed records.
