Frisco, Texas (March 29, 2021) - North Texas Soccer Club has signed forward Thibaut Jacquel, pending league and U.S. Soccer Federation approval.
Jacquel, 24, signs with North Texas SC on a one-year contract with an option for the 2022 season.
Born in Saverne, France, Jacquel trained in the FC Metz youth system before moving to the United States to play for Campbell University’s soccer program. In two full seasons with the Camels, Jacquel scored 22 goals and added 13 assists in 36 starts. In 2019, he led the nation with 18 goals from 21 games. Jacquel was drafted in the third round (75th overall) in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft.
