The club will have preseason friendlies against FC Tulsa, San Antonio FC and OKC Energy FC
FRISCO, Texas – North Texas SC today announced its preseason training schedule ahead of the 2021 USL League One season. The club’s preseason schedule includes friendlies against USL Championship teams FC Tulsa, San Antonio FC and OKC Energy FC.
North Texas SC players began reporting on Feb. 22 to begin a seven-day quarantine period before player physicals.
North Texas SC will train at Toyota Soccer Center from March 1 to April 23. The team will hold an intrasquad scrimmage with FC Dallas on Saturday, March 13 before facing San Antonio FC on Saturday, March 20 at Toyota Field in San Antonio. The team will then play back-to-back friendlies with FC Tulsa on March 25 and 27 at Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco. The club’s final preseason game will take place on April 10 against OKC Energy FC at the training fields at OKC County Health Department. Any additional preseason matches will be communicated at a later date.
Due to health and safety protocols, media access to the training facilities continues to be prohibited. All training sessions and friendlies will be closed to the public and media.
