FC Dallas to take on the New England Revolution in first MLS match at Toyota Stadium in 2017

FRISCO, Texas (March 13, 2017) – FC Dallas will host the New England Revolution its first home match of the 2017 MLS regular season on Saturday, March 18 at Toyota Stadium. The match, presented by Toyota, is set to kick off at 7 p.m. CT.

FC Dallas will unveil two championship banners before kickoff, one for the 2016 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and the other for the franchise’s first Supporters’ Shield, claimed by winning the 2016 MLS regular season title with 60 points. In addition to the banners, Season Ticket Members will receive rings commemorating the two championships won by FCD last season.

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. CT with the first 5,000 fans through the turnstiles receiving FC Dallas car flags courtesy of Toyota.

The St. Paddy’s Day theme will be in full swing as fans can enjoy green beer options in the Budweiser Beer Garden or in the newly renovated Winners Club presented by WinStar World Casino and Resort.

FC Dallas’ Mauro Diaz will get things started when he scarfs the Lamar Hunt statue at 6:30 p.m. Green fireworks will fly at kickoff and halftime while Irish music, played by FC Dallas DJ’s Bass Junkies will rock the brand new sound system and video boards.
