Newly signed SuperDraft pick Timo Pitter met Dallas Mavericks star and fellow German Dirk Nowitzki after the Mavs' practice today. Born in Oberschwarzach, Germany, Timo grew up in a city just a few miles away from Würzburg, West Germany, where the Mavs superstar was raised.
The midfielder/forward impressed early and often this preseason by scoring six goals for FC Dallas, which earned him a contract with FCD for the 2016 MLS season. Pitter joined the team when the club traded up in the second round of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft to select him.
