MLS Commissioner Don Garber names Mauro Diaz to 2016 MLS All-Star team

Argentine midfielder Mauro Diaz has been absolutely spectacular in 2016 for FC Dallas. His nine assists is just one off the MLS lead and one off his career single-season high, while he's also scoring eye-popping golazos like the one we saw in Saturday night's win over Chicago.

MLS Commissioner Don Garber has certainly noticed as well, naming Mauro Diaz along with RSL midfielder Kyle Beckerman as his two Commissioner's picks to the 2016 MLS All Star game on July 28th in San Jose, California against English Premier League giants Arsenal FC.

Mauro will be joined at All-Star Week by Coy Craft, Aaron Guillen and Jesse Gonzalez who will be playing in the Chipotle Homegrown game on Wednesday, July 27th against Mexico's U-20 National Team.
