Mexico vs. Brazil at Cowboys Stadium on June 3

The Mexican National Team will host five-time World Cup champion Brazil in the final match of their 2012 U.S. Tour, it was announced today by the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF), together with Soccer United Marketing (SUM).


Presented by Degree Men, the match will take place on Sunday, June 3, 2 p.m. CT, at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX. All remaining tour matches, in New York on May 27, Chicago on May 31 and Arlington, will be played during FIFA dates, making the top players available for all participating squads.


An exclusive Visa pre-sale for this game will begin Friday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m. CT online via Ticketmaster or by calling 1-800-745-3000. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, March 12 at 10:00 a.m. CT online at Ticketmaster, by calling 1-800-745-3000, at all Ticketmaster locations and at the Cowboys Stadium box office located at Entry A on the northeast side of the stadium. The Cowboys Stadium box office operating hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. The Federación Mexicana de Fútbol invites fans to use their Visa cards.


The upcoming match between Mexico and Brazil will mark their 37th encounter between the two clubs, with a 21-6-9 record in favor of the South American nation. The last meeting between the two was a 2-1 Brazil win on October 11, 2011 in Mexico. The game will be televised live on Univision and on radio on Futbol de Primera in the United States.
