FRISCO - FC Dallas returns to action after their second bye week of the early season as the Colorado Rapids visit Toyota Stadium at 7PM.

Same XI
Two weeks after their last MLS action, Dallas will dress an identical XI for the third straight match, a feat that has not been accomplished since a run of three matches from July 18-Aug. 2, 2015. FCD posted a 2-1-0 record in that time. Matt Hedges, Michael Barrios and Mauro Diaz are the only three holdovers from that run of games. This same XI has a win and a draw to their name already this season, outscoring opponents 4-1.

Gonzalez Back in the 18
Homegrown Jesse Gonzalez will make his first MLS matchday roster of 2018, backing up Jimmy Maurer who is undefeated to start the year and holds the league’s early-season record for longest shutout streak (202 minutes). Gonzalez started both of Dallas’ CCL Round of 16 matches before being shut down to recover from a knee injury that bothered him throughout preseason and into CCL play.

Double Down
Of all current players on FCD’s roster, no one has more than one tally in regular season play against the Colorado Rapids. Four members of tonight’s lineup sit on one goal each: Mauro Diaz, Maxi Urruti, Matt Hedges and Roland Lamah. Jason Kreis is the all-time scoring leader for Dallas vs. Colorado with 8 goals and 7 assists.
