FC Dallas SuperDraft Pick Francis Atuahene Out 2-6 Weeks with Fractured Ulna in Left Arm

FRISCO - FC Dallas first-round SuperDraft pick Francis Atuahene is expected to miss two to four weeks after undergoing successful surgery today to repair an ulna fracture in his left arm during Sunday's scrimmage against the University of Tulsa.

Atuahene played 28 minutes before being taken out of the game after a collision in the penalty area.

“FC Dallas forward Francis Atuahene underwent a successful procedure at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery in Plano, Texas, today to repair an ulna fracture in his left arm. The injury occurred in the 28thminute of a 1-0 win against the University of Tulsa at Toyota Soccer Center on Saturday, January 27. Dr. Christopher Miskovsky performed the surgery.
Atuahene is expected to make a full recovery and return to action in two-to-six weeks.”
