FRISCO – FC Dallas has partnered with Paragon Sports Constructors to renovate multiple synthetic turf fields at FC Dallas Stadium Complex.
The FC Dallas Stadium Complex includes 17 tournament-grade fields adjacent to FC Dallas Stadium. Three of the fields are synthetic turf, while the remaining 14 are natural grass. Under the four-year agreement, PSC will remove the current synthetic turf surfacing, excavate the drainage system and re-construct the stone base before installing Desso iDNA synthetic turf.
“It was very important for us to partner with a local company for this project, and we chose PSC for their great reputation in the region,” said FC Dallas Vice President of Complex Management Tom Jones. “PSC can provide FC Dallas FIFA recommended synthetic turf for our soccer-specific fields and will stand behind their finished product.”
Work has already begun on Field 3, which will include branded logos of Paragon Sports Constructors. Paragon Sports Constructors is using the latest eco-friendly synthetic turf technology to extract the infill from the current surface and remove the existing turf. The field is expected to be completed in time for the Dallas Cup qualifier, the Bobby Rhine Invitational presented by MoneyGram later this month.

Opened in 2005, the FC Dallas Stadium and Complex is used approximately 350 days each year and averages more than 1.3 million visitors annually.
