FRISCO - FC Dallas will learn its Fourth Round 2017 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup opponent tonight as the club begins its title defense in just two weeks' time. Dallas awaits the winner of the third round matchup between USL-sides Tulsa Roughnecks and San Antonio FC.
Should the Roughnecks win, FC Dallas will play host in round four, and if San Antonio FC comes out on top, FC Dallas will travel south to face San Antonio on the road June 14.

FC Dallas will look to defend its 2016 Open Cup, the club’s first major trophy since the 1997 Open Cup. The tournament is named in honor of club patriarch Lamar Hunt, the father of soccer in the United States.
San Antonio FC is undefeated in its 2017 USL campaign and defeated NPSL side the Houston Dutch Lions 2-1 to advance in the Open Cup. The Roughnecks picked up a 5-3 win over Oklahoma City Energy FC U-23s, a PDL side, to advance.
