FRISCO, Texas (Friday, Jan. 23, 2014) – FC Dallas named Fabian Bazan the strength and conditioning coach ahead of the 2015 season, the club announced today.
“Fabian has been in the professional game for a number of years,” said FC Dallas head coach Oscar Pareja. “The international experience he brings to FC Dallas will help us get to the next level. We’re happy to have him and add his professionalism and experience to the group dynamic.”
The brother of current FC Dallas assistant coach Josema Bazan, who was promoted to his current role with the club on Feb. 10, 2014, Fabian Bazan will oversee conditioning and strength exercises for the club this season.
Bazan earned his degree from Instituto Nacional de Educación Física in Granadero Baigorria, Santa Fe, Argentina in 1994. He served as a strength and conditioning coach with the Venezuelan National Team from 2008 to 2013. Bazan worked as the strength and conditioning coach for Club Tijuana in Liga MX last season.
