FRISCO, Texas - Four FC Dallas Academy products were front and center in the United States' 7-1 win over Grenada in the Concacaf Nations League Friday night.

Former FCD Homegrowns Alex Zendejas, Ricardo Pepi and Bryan Reynolds, as well as FCD Academy product Weston McKennie, all featured in the U.S.'s record-breaking victory at Kirani James National Stadium in St. George's, Grenada. It was the USMNT's largest win outside the U.S. in program history.

McKennie, Pepi and Reynolds all started the game while Zendejas made his competitive USMNT debut as a second-half substitute. Five of the U.S.'s seven goals can trace their roots back to Frisco as McKennie and Pepi scored two each while Zendejas added the final goal of the night in the 73rd minute.

Pepi improved his international scoring record to five goals in 13 caps on his triumphant return to the USMNT after missing out on World Cup selection late last year. The 20-year-old, who was with the FCD organization from 2016 to 2021, now has 12 goals in all competitions this season.

Zendejas joined the FCD Academy in 2012 and signed a Homegrown contract in 2015. After playing eight times in MLS, the midfielder transferred to Liga MX in 2016. His sub appearance Friday night was his competitive USMNT debut after earning his first cap in a friendly earlier this year. As a dual national, Zendejas is now capped tied to the USMNT after previously featuring for the Mexico national team. He marked the occasion with a well-taken goal from outside the box to make it 7-1 on the night.

Reynolds started the game at right back to make his third international appearance and first since December of 2021. The Fort Worth native has impressed this season while on loan from AS Roma to KVS Westerlo in Belgium's top division. Reynolds was with the FCD organization (Academy and first team) from 2015 to 2021.
