FAQ: 2027 Season Ticket Member Renewal Cycle

Q - What are the two renewal options?

A - Renewal Option #1 is to renew for the MLS matches in the calendar year of 2027. This will consist of seven home matches in the spring and ten matches in the fall.  MLS will move to the FIFA calendar in 2027, so the first seven matches will be part of a ‘sprint season’ as we make that transition.  This will basically be a mini-season, which will have playoffs and a MLS Cup Championship (tickets for playoff matches are not included in your Membership – same as every season). The ten matches in the fall will be the first matches of the 2027-28 season (the first season on the FIFA calendar). 17 total matches.

Renewal Option #2 is being offered because of the disjointed schedule in moving to the FIFA Calendar, and the introduction of the New Toyota Stadium around the same time. We want to reward fans with the chance to lock in your match price for the next 2.5 years. This will include all matches in 2027, 2028, and the finish of the 2028-29 season in the spring of 2029.  43 total matches.

*Please see the graphic explaining these timelines/options at www.fcdallas.com/stmhq

Q – Why would I renew for 2.5 years through the spring of 2029?

A – The primary reason would be to save money. Season Members who renew for 2.5 years will pay the same or less in 2027 and will also be guaranteed the same price per match for the next 2.5 years through the spring of 2029.  Renewing for 2027 may cost more next year and does not provide a guarantee of a price lock as we move into the New Toyota Stadium in 2028.

Q – When do I have to pay and what are the payment plans for the two renewal options?

A – No interest payment plans will start for both renewal options in August 2026.

*For a 2027 renewal only, it will be a 10-month payment plan through June 2027.

*For the 2.5-year renewal option, the 25-month payment plan will run from August 2026 until September 2028.

You can work with your Membership Services Representative on any modifications of your scheduled payment plan.

Q - What is the renewal deadline?

A – Season Members will have the two renewal options available through Friday, June 12th.  Anyone who has not selected a renewal option by June 12th will not have their current seats held for 2027 past that deadline.  This means that your seat location could be claimed by another Season Member account.

Q – What is needed for my Season Membership Renewal?

A – The only things you need to do to renew for 2027 (and beyond) are:

  1. Let your Membership Services Representative know which of the two renewal options you prefer.
  2. Coordinate with them to schedule your payment plan for 2027 (and beyond)

Once your renewal option selection has been made, and your payment plan scheduled, your seats are officially reserved.

Q – Where will I sit in 2027?  What if I want to make a change to my seat location?

A – For the matches in the 2027 calendar year, all Season Members will sit in the same seats that are assigned to them this fall for the second half of the 2026 season on the east and south sides of Toyota Stadium.  If you would like to change your seat location for the second half of 2026, or 2027, there will be a one-week relocation period starting on Monday, June 15th.  You can share with your Membership Services Representative your preferred relocation options and they will contact you that week with the best available seats based on your requests.

Q - If I renew for 2.5 years, will my seat change in 2028 when the New Toyota Stadium opens completely?

A - For the matches once we move into the New Toyota Stadium in the spring of 2028, we will go through a seat placement process in the spring of 2027.  All Season Members who have continued as Season Members through the renovation cycle will have first priority on their pre-existing 2024 seat locations.

The Supporters Section will be relocated in 2028 to the north end of Toyota Stadium from Sections 112-113 in the Southwest Corner.

Q – What changes to Toyota Stadium should I anticipate in 2027?

A – Toyota Stadium will continue under construction on the west and north sides throughout 2027. The fan experience in 2027 should be very similar to what you will have for the matches this fall with the east and south ends open.  In the coming weeks, we will begin sharing all the exciting details around the new east side stadium experience – new team store, new club, new concessions, restroom amenities, and more.  We will continue to see progression, and enhanced fan experience, as we approach the grand opening early in 2028.

Q – Do I need to be worried about the sun as I move to the east side of the building?

A – It is important to remember that this year, 2026, we will not play any home matches in June, July, or August.  When FC Dallas returns home on September 5th vs. SKC, the projected sunset time is right around kickoff. We do not expect any sun factor.

For 2027, it is also important to remember two things. First, we are moving to the FIFA calendar, which means we won’t play matches in the summer until late July. Second, by late July we will be within a few months of the entire stadium project being completed and the west/north side roof structure designed for this purpose will be in place. We do not expect any sun factor.

Q – What will be the parking options in 2027?

A – General Parking Passes provided to Season Members will be good for use in the Corolla Red, Highlander Green, and RAV4 White Parking areas.

East Side Club Seat Members will receive a Reserved Parking Pass for the Sienna North Blue Lot.

The Camry Gold Lot, and the Sienna South Blue Lot, will not be available.

Q – What will be the gate entry options in 2027?

A – Gate entry will be limited to the East and Southwest Gates.  Extra security, ticket takers, and space will be created for effective management of ingress and egress.

Q – What changes to our benefits package will there be in 2027?  How will this change when the New Toyota Stadium opens fully in 2028?

A – For 2027, we do not anticipate any Season Member benefit changes from the fall of 2026.  Moving forward to 2028, we cannot forecast all Member Benefits.

*Club Seat Members can expect continued evolution of benefits.

*Supporters will have member benefit dynamics specific to the north end.

General benefits like Complimentary Parking, Season Member Gifts, 20% Concessions, 20% Merchandise, and more will not be impacted for those renewing at the 2.5-year option.  Those only selecting a 2027 renewal option will receive benefits provided at the time of renewal next year, which could very well be the same but are not guaranteed.

Benefits like the Buy-Back Program, Apple TV Subscription, and those that extend beyond our club ability to exclusively guarantee will be determined as we get closer to 2028.

Q- What benefits will be exclusive to the Midfield Club Seats (Sections 126-128, equivalent to 105-107 on the west side)?

A – The New Club Seat Benefits Include…

  • Exclusive Access to the New East Side Stadium Club
  • Reserved Parking Pass in North Blue Parking Lot
  • New FC Dallas Jersey (issued in the fall of 2027 for those renewed for 2028)
  • Upgraded Seating (Wider Seats and Breathable Mesh)
