This week, FC Dallas travels to San Jose to take on the Earthquakes in a nationally televised match. And with the national broadcast on UniMas, the Every Save Makes a Difference program will benefit a local Dallas non-profit.
This week, every save recorded will result in a donation of $500 worth of soccer equipment to The Concilio, whose mission is to build stronger communities by empowering parents to improve the education and health of their families.
This initiative, sponsored by Major League Soccer and Univision, focuses on providing soccer equipment for local, Hispanic-facing community-based organizations. In their last Univision televised match, FC Dallas played against LA Galaxy, where Chris Seitz recorded one save and therefore $500 worth of soccer equipment to Dallas Afterschool.
FC Dallas will play six nationally televised games on UniMas/Univision in 2017:
