Barrios assisted on 14 goals in 2017. That number was good enough for the second-most assists all-time for FC Dallas in a single season.

Barrios can come off the bench and make an instant impact. His speed late in the game creates extra chances.
Games played
Barrios has appeared in all 14 games this season and appeared in a team-high 34 games last year. That number was the most MLS games played in a season for any FC Dallas player in the team’s history.
Flexibility
His role with the team has changed in his four years with the club. He was more of a goal-scoring threat his first two years with the team, scoring 16 goals and assisting four. Now, his role is more of creating chances for other and has assisted on fifteen goals in 2017 and 2018.
