Adonijah Reid Ranked in USL’s 20-Under-20 Top 10

Striker earns honor in second season with Ottawa Fury FC

FRISCO – FC Dallas’ 2017 MLS SuperDraft selection (2nd Round, 40thoverall) Adonijah Reid has been ranked No. 8 in the USL’s third installment of 20 Under 20.   

Reid, 19, is on loan with Ottawa Fury FC for a second season. He has scored four goals in 28 appearances for the club, including Fury FC’s first hat trick in team history in a 3-0 win against the New York Red Bulls II on June 24, 2018. Reid’s first professional hat trick also earned him USL Player of the Week honors and a place on USL’s Team of the Week for Week 15.

He first joined Ottawa in 2017, where he made 12 appearances. The Canadian Generation adidas player scored one goal in 582 minutes of action. 

He was the first Canadian Generation adidas player selected in an MLS SuperDraft.
