FRISCO- The U-14s finished their weekend in San Diego with a record of 5-1 in the Nexen Manchester City Cup.
Over the past four days the U-14s competed in multiple games in the International Supergroup at the Nexen Manchester City Cup in San Diego, CA. Throughout their four days FC Dallas faced three MLS Academies, one International team, and two California DA teams. They logged over 6 hours of playing time.
Although not the outcome they wanted James believes the team performed well throughout the vigorous schedule.
"We are bitterly disappointed not to give a better account of ourselves in the Atlanta game, but I cannot fault the players in any way," head coach Scott James said. "Their effort, commitment was excellent and I am proud of them."
