The FC Dallas U-17s start the second round of qualifiers for the Generation adidas Cup this weekend in Houston.

After posting a 3-0 record in the first round of qualifying last October, Dallas' path to the 2018 tournament's Championship Group should be sealed with two wins. They'll kick off the weekend against fellow Central Division unbeaten Toronto FC on Friday.
Two years ago, FCD was the only MLS club to advance out of the group stage in the international tournament. In 2017, an early loss kept the club from advancing, but the U-17s did earn a 1-0 win over Real Madrid in their final match.
