2026 Buy Back Program

This new benefit for Season Members will become available starting on Monday, Feb. 2. In addition to the many ways that you can use your seats, including the resale aspect, Season Members will have the opportunity to sell back up to three regular season matches to the club. Here are the details for you to be aware of as you plan to utilize this benefit:

  • This benefit can only be used by contacting your Membership Services Representative directly.
  • The deadline to use the Buy-Back program is no later than 15 days in advance of the match you would like to redeem.
  • There will be a limit of three regular season matches during, which can be ‘bought back’ during the 2026 season.
  • A partial seat Buy-Back for one match does count as one of the three eligible match claims.
  • The value of each game is variable, and your Membership Services Representative will share the value of your Buy-Back option as you reach out to them.
  • The money credit of your Buy-Back will only be eligible for 2026 FC Dallas match tickets or for 2027 Season Membership renewal.
  • Your Season Member account must be current, and in good standing, with your 2026 payment plan to be eligible for this benefit
  • All member benefits for the selected match must be in your account at the time of request and all will be cancelled from your account (tickets, parking, and passes)
  • Tickets listed on any secondary resale site or platform are not eligible for this benefit and must be removed before the request can be processed

2026 Resale Guide

FC Dallas Season Members can resell their tickets to any regular season match.  Please note the information below as tips and guides for maximizing your opportunity to sell, and to do so at the highest value.

  1. AXS Resale Marketplace provides an opportunity for you to list/sell tickets from your own AXS account.
    1. Pros - There are advantages to selling on AXS Resale Marketplace.  Fees on AXS Resale will be lower than any other resale platform and listing is easy from your account.
    2. Cons – A disadvantage of AXS is that it does not reach a large percentage of resale market buyers by itself.  We calculate that less than 15% of resale tickets sold for each match are on AXS.
  2. Other resale marketplaces will require you to create an account with them to list tickets on their site.  Marketplaces that represent higher amounts of resale tickets sold for FC Dallas matches are the following. No one marketplace has a monopoly on resale tickets for FC Dallas and no one marketplace is a guaranteed solution.

    4. Vivid
    5. Ticketmaster
  3. Ticket transfer, regardless of the site that tickets are sold, will be the same…a direct transfer to the buyer from your AXS account, and you be alerted by the site you sell them on how to do that.
  4. Most resale tickets are purchased within 48-72 hours of the match with many sold the day of the match leading up to kickoff (inclement weather impacts this trend)
  5. Factors for the proper pricing of your tickets on a resale marketplace are number of tickets already listed in your section and the uniqueness of your tickets compared to others - proximity to the field, aisle, number of seats, package inclusions (Parking Pass, AYCE passes, Club Access), etc.
  6. Added value of parking passes or AYCE experiences can be included in the value of your resale ticket, but you will need to add it to your listing as it will not naturally include those details. You will then be responsible for transferring your parking pass/AYCE experience pass with your tickets.
  1. IMPORTANT NOTE – please keep track of everywhere that you list your tickets and cancel the other listings as soon as you sell on one site.  If you sell the same tickets on two separate sites, you will be responsible for fulfillment of both and can be penalized if you are not able to.
