2011: Leyva started and played 69 minutes, picking up an assist on Ruben Luna’s goal in the 44th minute of a 2-1 win over Tigres in the Rio Grande Plate... He logged the third-most minutes for any FC Dallas player in the MLS Reserve League (761)... Scored three goals and an assist for the FC Dallas Reserves. 2010: Leyva made his professional debut on May 20, 2010. He played 13 minutes in a 1-0 loss to the Los Angeles Galaxy at Pizza Hut Park. 2009: Became the first player in FC Dallas history to earn a professional contract through the club’s youth development system.


2009: Named to Mexico’s U-17 roster for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Nigeria from Oct. 24 – 30…Played in the World Cup match versus Sweden and Korea Republic.
