Forward Eugene Ansah made his first career start in MLS regular season play tonight for FC Dallas. Ansah scored FC Dallas’ first and only goal of the evening in the 51st minute of the match. It was also his first goal of the 2024 regular season and his fourth goal overall across all competitions with Dallas.

Forward Petar Musa assisted Ansah marking his first assist for FC Dallas in MLS. Musa now has one goal and an assist since making his MLS debut against CF Montréal on March 2. Musa created three chances tonight, the highest for FC Dallas against Austin.
