FRISCO, Texas (March 21, 2022) - North Texas SC has signed winger Luis Miguel Cardoso Santos to an MLS NEXT Pro professional contract, pending league and U.S. Soccer Federation approval. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Cardoso, 19, joins North Texas SC on a season long loan from FC Alverca.
Born in Salvador Bahia, Brazil, Cardoso joined FC Alverca during the 2021 season. He made 10 appearances and registered a total of 722 minutes for the club, while contributing with three goals.
