Where and what is Texas Health Mansfield Stadium located?
Texas Health Mansfield Stadium is located at 3405 Stadium Drive, Mansfield TX 76063. Texas Health Mansfield Stadium is a state of the art soccer facility that opened in 2026 and the permanent home of North Texas SC. We’re committed to ensuring all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless matchday experience. All information below is for NTSC events only.
When do the parking lots open?
For North Texas SC events, stadium parking lots normally open 2.5 hours prior to match Kick-Off. Parking is in either Lots A, B, & C and ADA Parking is available
What are the parking rates and payment options?
- Pre-paid Parking: Purchase in advance through ntsctix.com for $16 (before tax) prior to matchday to save over $9. Please note that parking can be purchased ahead of time on Matchday, but will be at matchday rate of $25 (before tax).
- Day of Match Parking: Available for $25 per car.
- Season Ticket Member Parking: Season Ticket Holders can purchase parking in advance for $12 via a direct link sent to the primary account holder.

When do stadium gates open and where should I enter?
For regular season matches, gates open 90 minutes prior to Kick-Off. Fans can enter through the designated Southwest Gate and Southeast Gate.

Where are the Media and Box Office entrances located?
Media Entrance: Located in the Northwest corner of the stadium.
Box Office Entrance: Located at the Southwest corner of the stadium, attached to Soccer 90.
Can I bring a bag into the stadium?
In an effort to enhance public safety, Texas Health Mansfield Stadium limits the size and style of bags allowed into the stadium. Please find bag policy details below.

Ticketing & Box Office
What are the Box Office hours and locations?
The Main Box Office is located on the Southwest corner of the stadium next to the Soccer 90 Team Store. The South Box Office is open on event days beginning four (4) hours prior to the start of the event. Regular operating hours are four (4) hours prior to a weekend event and during all scheduled stadium events.
How can I purchase advanced tickets?
During major sporting events, tickets for upcoming matches are sold at the Advance Ticket sales window located at the AXS Box Office (Southwest corner). Tickets can also be purchased by calling the North Texas SC / FC Dallas Sales Team at (469) 365-0113 or online at northtexassc.com.
What is the policy for lost or stolen tickets?
Lost tickets can be replaced for season ticket holders by contacting Customer Service at 469-365-0000 or CustomerService@FCDallas.com. Replacement of individual tickets cannot be guaranteed unless proof of purchase can be tracked to a specific transaction. Because of the state-of-the-art scanning system, new tickets will be reprinted, and the original lost tickets will be voided and denied entry. If tickets are believed to be stolen, the account holder should file a report with local law enforcement and provide a copy to the Box Office.
What is the ticket resale policy?
It is unlawful to resell or offer to resell a ticket to an event within any city right-of-way, city property, or property owned, leased, or managed by the event sponsor. Violators will be prosecuted.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is generally prohibited. An exception is made strictly for safety reasons due to inclement weather, during which fans are permitted to seek safety in their vehicles.
Food, Beverage & Retail
What are the rules regarding alcohol?
Alcohol may not be brought into or out of Texas Health Mansfield Stadium. Sales are strictly limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per customer, per purchase. All alcohol sales cease in the 75th minute of play during North Texas SC matches. Management reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion.
What is the Staybolt Club?
The Staybolt Club is an exclusive area reserved for ticket holders in sections 101-112 and suite holders up until the end of the match, at which time it opens to all ticket holders.
Is the stadium cashless?
Yes. All purchases throughout Texas Health Mansfield Stadium, including all concessions and merchandise,
are entirely contactless and cashless.
When is the Team Store open?
The North Texas SC Team Store (Soccer 90) opens on matchdays 90 minutes prior to Kick-Off. Additional operating hours for Soccer 90 are TBA.
Fan Materials & Stadium Policies
Can I bring banners or flags?
Yes, but they require approval prior to being brought into the stadium. Banners and flags must not be commercial, offensive, or in poor taste, and they must not obstruct the view of other guests or stadium signage. For safety, flags/banners must only be attached to bendable pipe material (such as PVC). Prior permission is strictly required to attach any item to railings inside the park. Banners larger than 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide are prohibited unless specifically approved by North Texas SC.
What is the camera and video equipment policy?
Compact cameras are permitted for soccer matches as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment. However, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, and cameras with a lens longer than 3 inches (detachable or non-detachable) are strictly prohibited. Livestreaming any event without prior approval is prohibited, and no captured images may be used for commercial purposes without written consent.
Is tailgating allowed?
Pre-match tailgating is permitted if conducted in a safe, respectful manner that does not disrupt others or extend into additional parking spaces. However, no open flame grills are allowed, and outside food companies are not permitted to deliver catering orders to tailgate activities.
What is the fan Code of Conduct?
All Texas Health Mansfield Stadium guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management, can result in ejection and possible arrest. Guests who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Standing on chairs/seats
- Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
- Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- Interference with the event, or participants of the event in any way
- Throwing, tossing, or discharging any object within the facility, including streamers
- Kicking or throwing inflated soccer balls or Frisbees
- Any throwing of objects on the field, fighting, or discriminatory language qualify someone as being subject to immediate ejection
- Excessive, unsolicited or unwarranted use of foul language (individual or collective) will be treated on a case by case basis with a specific warning prior to ejection
- Violating Texas Health Mansfield Stadium rules, regulations, or policies
- Violating any local, state, or federal laws
Texas Health Mansfield Stadium and North Texas SC management reserves the right to deny entry of any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management.
Attending an event at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium should be an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone. It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests. However, it is of primary importance that each guest is afforded an enjoyable experience while in attendance. Therefore, a code of conduct will be enforced that emphasizes good sportsmanship and generally accepted standards of behavior. Season ticket holders and suite holders are responsible for the actions of their guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets.
Strictly Prohibited Items:
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers, including, but not limited to air horns, sun screen, bug spray, silly string, hairspray, etc.
- Selfie sticks
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems – prohibited in stadium and surrounding stadium property
- Balloons, beach balls and Frisbees, without prior approval
- Banners larger than 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide, unless approved by North Texas SC
- Bicycle and motorcycle helmets are prohibited from all seating sections and concourse areasBikes, inline and roller skates, skateboard, scooters
- Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
- Chewing tobacco
- Clothing or items with offensive language or any other item deemed inappropriate by Toyota Stadium
- Coolers and ice chests
- Flammable liquids
- Flares, pyrotechnics, incendiary devices, smoke bombs, sparklers, fireworks of any kind, and unauthorized smoke are prohibited inside the stadium, and the surrounding area.
- Illegal drugs, other illegal substances or harmful chemicals
- Inflatable objects
- Laser pointers and laser pens
- Noisemakers: air horns, boom boxes, whistles, or any other item deemed as a prohibited noisemakers by North Texas SC
- Masks or any other implement that masks a person’s face, making it difficult/impossible to identify.
- Glass or plastic liquid containers of any kind
- Missile/projectile like objects
- Outside food & beverage of any kind
- Pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, flyers, etc. unapproved by North Texas SC management
- Poles and/or rods, unless they are used for an approved sign (for example: Supporters’ Groups TIFO)
- Portable heaters
- Seat cushions with bags
- Smoking in restrooms, seating areas, concourses, suites, clubs, etc. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- Soccer balls
- Streamers of any kind
- Umbrellas. Guests are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers or ponchos
- Weapons of any kind
- Hoverboards
- Any other item deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Toyota Stadium management
Guest Services & Facilities
Where are Guest Services and First Aid located?
Guest Services Booth: Located at the NTSC tent at the Southeast corner of the stadium.
First Aid Station: Located on the West Concourse (north end behind sections 104/105). If you require medical assistance, contact the nearest stadium employee or proceed directly here.
Are accessibility accommodations available?
Yes, ADA seating and ADA parking accommodations are fully available at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium.
Are there diaper changing stations?
Yes, diaper changing stations are fully available and located in all men's, women's, and family restrooms.
What is the policy on strollers?
Strollers are permitted for younger children. For safety, guests must check their strollers at Guest Services located above Section 133, which remains open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
Is there stadium WiFi?
Yes, Texas Health Mansfield Stadium provides up to four hours of complimentary WiFi to all guests.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed inside the stadium, with the strict exception of certified service animals (such as guide dogs).
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking (including electronic alternatives) is strictly prohibited in restrooms, seating areas, concourses, suites, and clubs. Designated smoking areas are located on each of the four concourses, just inside the
stadium gates.
