BLAINE, Minnesota (May 2, 2025) – North Texas SC (4-3-2, 15 points) earned a gritty 1-0 win over MNUFC2 (4-1-0, 12 points) on Friday afternoon at National Sports Center Stadium.

HICKAM FOR THE WIN

FC Dallas Academy midfielder Landon Hickam scored his first professional career goal in the eighth minute of the match. It marked the earliest goal scored by North Texas SC this season. He joins Ian Charles as the second FC Dallas Academy product to score for North Texas this season. Hickam has appeared in seven matches, starting in five this season.

SERIES HISTORY

North Texas SC improved to an 8-1-0 record against MNUFC2. The club is unbeaten in the last four matches since May 2023, outscoring the Loons 16-2.

NO HARM WAS DONE

Goalkeeper JT Harms made three saves to earn his first professional shutout and win. It is his first match since March 28. Harms signed with North Texas in February 2025 and has started three times this season.
