SAN JOSE, California (Oct. 19, 2025) – North Texas SC fell to The Town FC 3-0 in the Western Conference Quarterfinals of the MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs at PayPal Park on Sunday night.
GAINING EXPERIENCE
In tonight’s quarterfinal match, 13 players made their MLS NEXT Pro Playoff debut for North Texas SC. Head coach John Gall also made his playoff coaching debut with the club. Diego Garcia and Anthony Ramirez were the only two players in the starting lineup who appeared in the 2024 playoff run for North Texas.
HISTORY MAKER
North Texas SC forward Sam Sedeh became the youngest player to make a playoff appearance in club history. The FC Dallas Academy product signed with North Texas in April 2025 and made three appearances this season.
PLAYOFF RECORD
With tonight’s defeat, North Texas SC moves to a 6-3-0 record in playoff action since 2019.
MANSFIELD 2026
North Texas SC will play its home matches at Mansfield Stadium beginning in 2026, upon completion of construction. It will be the club’s third home venue since its 2019 debut. More information about the move to Mansfield can be found at NorthTexasSC.com/Mansfield.
