Midfielder Umberto Pelà made his professional debut in the 77th minute of the match. FC Dallas selected Pelà in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft out of the University of Virginia. The former Cavaliers captain made 57 appearances, scored five goals, and added eight assists in his four seasons at Virginia.

As part of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Team Base Camp program, FIFA assigned Czechia to train and operate out of Mansfield Stadium in Mansfield, Texas. Team Base Camp Training Sites serve as the primary training and operational headquarters for participating teams throughout the tournament.
