Secure your place for the 2025 season and continue to be part of the excitement! Renewing your season membership means locking in the best value on seats and enjoying a range of valuable benefits, tailored just for you.

It is expected that the east side of Toyota Stadium will be under construction. Seat capacity will drop from 19,096 to around 11,000.

West Side and South End Season Members in Sections 101-121 will be unimpacted and are able to renew their existing seat locations before October 19^th, 2024
East Side Season Members in Sections 122-132 will need to consider relocation options for renewal, and those will be communicated starting October 21^st, 2024.
The North End will undergo remodeling through the entire stadium renovation project, but we do not anticipate anything being finalized, or seating being available, during the 2025 season.

South End and West Side Season Members (those seated between Sections 101-121) will have through Friday, October 19^th to renew existing seat locations. South End AYCE Season Members will have two levels of renewal option. For a seat to be considered renewed, payment in full or a payment plan (up to 10 months) will need to be finalized. During this window, Season Members in these locations can make relocation requests and additional seat requests, but those will not be finalized or confirmed during this period. FC Dallas will follow up between October 31^st – November 3^rd with any add-on or relocation options that may be available.

East Side Season Members will not be able to relocate or finalize seats for 2025 at this time. Membership Services will work with each East Side Season Member during this time to identify how many seats each East Side Member has potential interest in renewing, which price level each Member would like to consider in their relocation options, and existing relationships with other seat owners that you would like to maintain. East Side Season Members will not be asked to make a deposit or start payments of any kind until we can provide relocation seat options, starting on October 21st. Season Members in these locations can make additional seat requests, but those will not be finalized or confirmed during this period. Gathering the information above prior to October 19^th will facilitate the quickest process for identifying relocation seat options once the South and West Side renewal window closes that same day.

East Side Season Members seated in Sections 122-132 will be contacted by their Membership Services Representative about specific 2025 relocation seat options. East Side Season Members will have priority on existing seats not renewed by South End and West Side Members. Priority on these unrenewed seats will be based on a formula including tenure, number of seats, overall investment, and ticket usage. East Side Season Members who did not provide the information noted above to their Membership Services Representative by October 19^th are not guaranteed priority for placement at this time.

FC Dallas will be in contact with all South End and West Side Season Members who have made requests for additional seating or seat relocations. Existing Season Members will have priority on all seats ahead of any new 2025 Season Member. Priority will be based on several factors, including tenure, number of seats, overall investment, and ticket usage.

New 2025 Waitlist Members will have this week to work with their Season Membership Sales Representative to identify priority seat options for 2025 and set up a payment plan.

Preferred pricing for 2025 Memberships no longer applies and prices increase. All remaining 2025 Season Member seating options will be made available for Membership purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis.
