Injury Report pres. by Texas Health Sports Medicine: FC Dallas vs. Montreal Impact | 3.7.2020

FRISCO, Texas- FC Dallas remains at Toyota Stadium this weekend to face the Montreal Impact in Week 2 of the regular season with hopes of starting its season 2-0-0. Let's take a look at the Texas Health Sports Medicine Injury Report for this weeks matchup.

MONTREAL IMPACT

OUT: Rudy Camacho (knee injury), Jukka Raitala (fibula Injury), Lassi Lappalainen (leg injury)

Montreal Impact will be missing some depth in their backline with two defenders unavailable this weekend. Rudy Camacho played in nearly half of the Impact's matches in 2019 recording 16 starts. Midfielder Lassi Lappalainen played in Montreal's first match of the 2020 season and will cause the midfield to be more strategic with their substitutions. Defender Jukka Raitala is a strong starter for the Impact, starting 23 games in 2019. The defense will look to hold tight without two big reinforcements available.

FC DALLAS

OUT: Bryan Acosta (appendectomy recovery), Brandon Servania (MCL)

QUESTIONABLE: Santiago Mosquera (lower body injury)

Bryan Acosta is still unavailable as he recovers from an appendectomy that sidelined him for the end of preseason and week one. Brandon Servania continues to rehab a knee injury that held him out of playing against Philadelphia Union last week. Santiago Mosquera is listed as questionable after sustaining a lower body injury earlier this week. FC Dallas holds its depth in all other parts of the field including the top of the field with its forwards showing their pressure last week, and Thiago Santos and Paxton stepping up in the midfield. The backline seems to keep its depth and health heading in to this week's match.
