INJURY REPORT pres. by Texas Health Sports Medicine: FC Dallas vs Real Salt Lake | 7.27.19

FRISCO, Texas- FC Dallas returns home this weekend looking for another big three points against Real Salt Lake. Both teams have a heavy Homegrown presence that will show on the field. Let's take a look at the Texas Health Sports Medicine Injury Report for Week 21.

REAL SALT LAKE

OUT: Jordan Allen (knee), Sam Johnson (quad)

QUESTIONABLE: Nedum Onuoha (adductor)

Real Salt Lake has a fair amount of depth heading in to the match against FC Dallas. They will be missing midfielder Jordan Allen who suffered a season-ending knee injury on June 16th, as well as forward Sam Johnson who is still recovering from a quad injury sustained earlier this month. Defender Nedum Onuoha is questionable but listed as probable following an adductor injury at the beginning of the month that he has been working to rehab. Overall Real Salt Lake has been able to adjust to this injury report as these three players have been unavailable for a few games leading up to this match.

FC DALLAS

QUESTIONABLE: Jimmy Maurer (thumb), John Nelson (abdominal strain)

FC Dallas has a healthy roster heading in to their match against Real Salt Lake on Saturday. There are only two players listed as questionable giving head coach Luchi Gonzalez plenty of options for the roster. Goalkeeper Jimmy Maurer is considered questionable after a thumb injury in practice. John Nelson moves from unavailable to questionable this week as he rehabs the abdominal strain that has kept him on the injury report recently.
