INJURY REPORT pres. by Texas Health Sports Medicine: FC Dallas vs Sporting Kansas City | 7.20.19

FRISCO, Texas- FC Dallas heads back on the road this weekend following a midweek friendly to face Western conference rivals Sporting Kansas City. Let's take a look at the Texas Health Sports Medicine Injury Report for Week 20.

Sporting Kansas City

OUT: Jaylin Lindsey (Torn meniscus), Rodney Wallace (Hip)

Sporting Kansas City has a deep roster heading in to the match at Children's Mercy Park. Defender Jaylin Lindsey has been on the injury report for Sporting Kansas City for a while after tearing his meniscus. He has yet to see minutes this season as he works to recover. Defender Rodney Wallace has only played one game this year before sustaining a season ending hip injury which has kept him on the report. Other than two long term injuries that Sporting Kansas City has dealt with, they have a fully available roster heading in to the match.

FC DALLAS

OUT: John Nelson (abdominal strain)

QUESTIONABLE: Paxton Pomykal (lower body strain)

FC Dallas has another healthy majority heading to Kansas City. John Nelson is still unavailable as he heals from an abdominal strain that has kept him on the injury report for multiple games. Midfielder Paxton Pomykal is also listed as questionable after sustaining a lower body strain earlier in the week. Other than one unavailable and one questionable player FC Dallas has a healthy roster to look at heading in to Children's Mercy Park.
