United States of Soccer - Tuesday, Dec. 18

Gonzalez continued his week-long media tour with Joe Tolleson on the United States of Soccer show on Sirius XM on Tuesday, diving deep into his history in the club and the overall philosophy of developing the Homegrown talent from within.

"The Academy is the heartbeat of the club, that will continue. It is our philosophy as a club to not go and purchase the high-end star," he said. "We're into developing that or creating that. Weather it's a player or a person in the club, we want to develop and create that. We believe it and we want to show it through our actions."

The K&C Masterpiece - Thursday, Dec. 20

Methodology, tactics, music and culture. Kevin Hageland and Corey Mageors caught up with Gonzalez on a wide array of topics and getting to know the new FC Dallas head coach on a personal level.

It was also the first interview for Gonzalez since the signing of new forward Zdenek Ondrasek, and he had nothing but glowing reviews for the team's new target man up top.

"He's a fighter on the field," he said on the striker. "He's got a big personality to represent the jersey that he plays for, but off the field he's a gentleman, he's respectful and he's family-oriented and that's exactly what we need in our culture at FC Dallas."

Free4All - Thursday, Dec. 20

After making the radio rounds, Gonzalez made his in-studio TV debut with Edward Egros on Fox 4's Free4All Thursday night. As someone who has come up through the FC Dallas organization, no one knows the club more intimately that him.

"I've worked in the club for seven years and I know the club through and through," he said. "I've worked with all the differ ages and I had the privilege to work with Oscar and assist in what we can with the professional team."
