INTERNATIONAL: Brandon Servania Scores After Late Substitution, U.S. Wins 6-0 Over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

FRISCO – Brandon Servania was able to find the back of the net for the second consecutive game in the Concacaf U-20 Championship. This time the goal came in a 6-0 win over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Servania chipped a ball from just outside the 18-yard box in the 90th minute and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines goalie could not hold on, as the ball fell behind him and into the net.

Servania and Paxton Pomykal both came into the match as substitutes in the 77th minute when the U.S. was leading 3-0.

With the win, the United States lead Group A by three points with one match remaining. The U.S. have outscored its opponents 32-2 in its first four matches and will automatically qualify for the next round with a win or a draw against Suriname on Friday.

Dating back to the 2017 Concacaf U-20 Championship, the U.S. are unbeaten in its last nine matches.
