For the second week in a row the U-18s prospered from a first half brace scored by midfielder Danny Garcia and a clean sheet by the defense and goalkeeper Eduardo Cortes.  Garcia’s first of the day came in the 27th minute off an assist from captain Michael Ambrose, just 10 minutes before defender Alex Frankenfeld set up the midfielder’s second goal in the 37th minute.

Garcia’s brace gave him the team lead in goals scored with five on the season.  The win extended the team’s shutout streak to 360 minutes and increased their lead atop the Texas Division standings to a seven point margin.  With an untarnished record of 6-0-0, the FC Dallas U-18s are the only team in the division to have won more than three games.
